Audio Systems: 2002 Lexus ES300 Audio not working, 2002 lexus es300, mark levinson

Hi Ernesto. I have a Lexus ES300 with a Stock Mark Levinson Stereo with integrated Navi. I have had many different cars before but never encountered a problem quite like this: 2 seconds after I start my car, a brief squelch that starts low and ends high is emitted from my driver side tweeter in the door. I can not get any audio to work either from CD, radio or Navi, nothing. Sometimes when I start the car, I can hear audio for a split second but then nothing. The best part is, when the weather is above 65 degrees, the audio works, but I still get that ear piercing start up sound from the tweeter. First i was thinking it may be that one of the speakers is blow so the amp tries to equalize but then trips, but the whole temperature thing is throwing me off. What do you think?

it is a defective amplifier  sometimes it is install on the right side of the dash and gets water from the ac system  you have to remove the amplifier and repair or replace it  
i seen this happen a few times, there is nothing wrong with the radio replacing the amplifier will be the best way to solve the problem
also before you do that open the old amplifier and look for water trace, if you see any  have someone repair the ac tubes before replacing the amplifier
