Audio Systems: Denon DRA-297 Stereo Receiver, speaker load, stereo receiver

Question
My home sound system stereo receiver is wired to play throughout the house - turned it on and only speakers "A" are playing speakers "B" are not.  Did I touch a wrong button on my receiver and turn them off?  If so, how do I turn them back on?  I have tried everything I can think of and the manual that came with the unit tells me nothing.  Thank you for your help.

Answer
You haven't given me enough information for me to help you with your problem.

How many speakers are connected to output A and how many to output B?

What is the impedance of the speakers.

Are you using any matching device or speaker volume controls?

This information is needed for me to tell you if you are creating the condition by using an improper speaker load.

In order to troubleshoot the problem you must disconnect all speakers and then using a single pair of speakers test output A (switch on) then using the same speakers output B (switched on).
