Audio Systems: the real ohm, passive network, fullrange

Hi my fullrange speaker has a midrange and subwoofer in the same cabinet. the sub is 8 ohms and the midrange is 6 ohms.What!the specs say the system is 8 ohms how is that with the midrange being 6 ohms and the sub 8 ohms? thanks:)

There is an RCL passive network inside to match the impedances and cross the frequencies over so that the sub gets signal from a low pass filter, the mids gets signal from high and low cut-off filters and the tweeter gets it's signal thru a high pass filter.
