Audio Systems: lcd as speaker, exact model number, rca male

QUESTION: i am trying to link my pc to my tv(40inch samsung lcd) through my external creative sound blaster digital music sx, to be able to use the tv speakers as source..but the thing is i am only getting the picture which is directly linked to my pc but no noise from the tv...knowing that if i plug earphones to the extanal sound card the sound comes out perfectly..

ANSWER: What are you using to connect to your television from the sound card? I looked on the Creative website and they had very little information about what kind of outputs are on the unit, so I'll need more information about it before I can advise you.

QUESTION: The thing is that you can the input from the pc to the sound card then output the sound from the sound card to the tvs' input, still no sound..
First i tried a 3.5mm Stereo Male to Dual RCA Male Y-Cable from the earphones of the sound card to the tv audio in, didn't work out, then tried the RCA from the output audio to tv audio in didn't work out, even tried plugging the rca cable in the audio out of the tv, still no sound..

OK - for this you need to be really specific...

I need to know exactly what the outputs are on the unit (what are they labeled as), and the exact model number of the TV set so I can find the owners manual online.

If I have that information, I can probably figure this out. Thanks.
