Audio Systems: Aiwa Turn table, screw driver, turn table

I am having trouble trying to figure out how to get to the belt of this turn table.  I took the bottom of the turntable off, but you cannot reach the belt (or even see) from there.  I cannot figure out how to take the actual turn table off to get to the belt.  Any suggestions?
I am also unable to find the model number on the AIWA website.  It says the turntable was manufactured in 2001.
The model number is PXE860U.  Please help me out!!  I'd love to be able to play some of my old records.

Yes I recall that it's difficult without the right tool. The tool that is used is like a very thin L shaped slot blade screw driver. You almost need to do it blind. It might help to carefully inspect the motor before you try to get the belt on the shaft and then around the underside of the platter.

If your not a mechanically inclined individual then you might seek the help of a service technician.
