Audio Systems: error code c104 on sansui vcr/dvd recoreder. incorrect disc., sansui vrdvd4005, commercial cds

is there a solution to this problem? Sansui VRDVD4005 OCT 2003.

Maybe you are playing an incorrect disc!
Are you sure there is something wrong with the player?

For example, if you are playing discs that are country coded for a country other than that of your dvd player it will cause this.

Also, if you are playing disc recorded on a PC, such as cdr, cd-rw, dvd-r, dvd+r, dvd-rw, etc. they may not play properly.

But, if it doing this on all commercial cds and dvds then the player may be at fault, for sure.  

Do a hard reset and then answer my questions directly to my email box.

Do a hard reset by unplugging the player for 2 hours, then try it again.
