Audio Systems: 1991 Ford E350 RV radio and speaker replacement, rexhall rv, ford e350

I bought a 1991 Rexhall RV, an E350 chassis with custom motorhome dash. It has tapedeck radio with 4 speakers, no visible brand names, though tapedeck has a small "Metra" label. It sounds fine parked, but has a lot of static & noise driving -- antenna?? I plan on putting in an RV antenna, the Winegard RS2000, and a Jensen VM9512. Do I need to replace the speakers also. I don't know if there is an amplifier in it. I think there might be because the speaker wires are different than the wires going out the current unit. Should i get new speakers?

check the antenna ground sometimes it is a bad ground happens a lot on motor homes because of the chassis and fiberglass.
besides that there is no much i can tell you  with out looking at the motor home  other than the speakers are 17 year old
