Audio Systems: 2002 ford explorer cd ejection, electronic service center, stereo shop

Hi Ernesto!
My son accidentally inserted a cd into the cd player of my 2002 ford explorer stereo not knowing one was in there already.  We went to eject the cd's but will not eject and is indicating "eject error".  So, is there a place we can look online to see how we can either remove the two cd's jammed in there or how we can remove the whole stereo and try to remove the cd that is jammed.  Please advise - we would like to avoid having to go to a ford mechanic and spending money we don't have.  Thank you for any help you can provide!

I work on a car stereo shop for the past 20 years  we also repair radios
but there is no way i can remove a cd from that radio .
i did try twice and both times i destroy the radios  
I will suggest you go to a car electronic service center not the dealer
