Audio Systems: Need to find a cd changer, ford lincoln mercury, ford taurus

I recently purchased a 98 ford taurus with a cd changer hookup in the trunk. I have been trying desperately to find the correct cd changer to use in my car. PLEASE HELP! :) The car is a 98 ford taurus sedan body style....it has kind of a round radio faceplate with the controls for the cd changer already on it. I hope that is enough info and if you dont have the answer i would appreciate even some advice as to where i could find the info thank you SO MUCH for your time

brand new cd changer comes with  data cable
