Any particular reason why you need the OEM version? I doubt if you will be able to find such an animal.  Maybe on eBay or some auction site. Have you contacted your local Lincoln dealer?  The current model sub may fit your car as well - however, expect it to cost alot.

Best results will be with a modern subwoofer added to your system.  You can flesh that our at www.crutchfield.com or bestbuy.com and many other such places.  Adding a sub amplifier/speaker or powered sub to your car is not a difficult thing to do.  At crutchfield.com you can find units that are compatible with your mounting space, etc. by using their outfit your car link.

Sometimes you can find such things for older cars by visiting a junk yard.
