Audio Systems: Bazooka Tube, bass tubes, rx330 lexus

I just bought two Bazooka 8" Amplified Bass Tubes for my car.  I drive a RX330 Lexus and I was wondering where the best place to put them in the car would be to get the best sound. Thanks

You should experiment, but the general nature of bass sounds is that for the very low frequencies the sound coming out is unidirectional.  The best reinforcement of the bazooka is when it is located in a corner because the three reflecting walls give a little more output than if it is out in the open floor in the back or only against one wall.

So, most of the time in suvs it is best in the rear corner by the back door if you can find a good place to strap it down.
