Audio Systems: PT Cruiser radio face light, radio face, cassette radio

I have 2 questions. A long window blind was loaded into my PT & was slammed against the face plate of the factory installed radio/stereo.  Now there is no green light display, but everything else works fine.  How do I fix this? Can I do it myself? If too expensive is it possible to get one of those kind of radios you pull in & out like a cartridge & have one receiver put in my PT & another receiver for the radio/stereo cartridge installed in my travel trailer.  I don't like the CD player that is in the trailer--the CD's come out so hot they almost burn your fingers after playing.  Thank you for your time.

if the face was broken you can get a new display from oemautosound

you can use 1 radio in 2 vehicles but it is going to be hard to find
you also need 2 pullout cages
they are called pull out radios
