Audio Systems: subwoofer help, kicker l7 15, power acoustik amp

I have a 2 channel power acoustik amp. It has 1080W RMS bridged at 4ohms. Im buying a kicker L7 15" sub. Should I get the DVC 2ohm or DVC 4ohm sub?

If you get the 2 ohm dual coil and wire them in series you will have the right impedance match for the amplifier.  See this diagram on how to connect the dots:
