Audio Systems: JBL system after battery changeout, battery changeout, toyota avalon

I have a 2001 Toyota avalon that had the battery changed by the dealership. After the battery changeout the JBL system intermittently gives a beeping sound. A no disc message corresponds with this sound and all of the functionality on the JBL system locks up except the volume control.

When you turn on the ignition, the system resets and the problem occurs again after 5 to 15 minutes.

Any thoughts? Could a battery changeout cause this problem? If so is there any way I can prove it to the dealership?

this is the 6 disc cd changer indash
they now that the changer must be empty before the remove the battery
if you don't next time it sees power the changer moves to factory settings and it gets stuck

radio needs to be repair or replace
