Audio Systems: Installing an amp to my stock 2002 f250, line output converter, watt speakers

I have an alpine pdx 4.150 and infinity 300 watt speakers. I have all the wiring for installing the amp and speakers. I also have a premium sound line output converter. My question is what wire do I connect the remote wire from the amp to on the stock stereo?

The remote wire is to turn it on.  Any 12v line will do it.

Your in-dash head unit should have a remote connection - which applies the 12v to your am when ever the head unit is turned on.  It is usually, but not always green in color.

Some head units do not have the remote amplifier turn on feature in which case you can connect to an ignition circuit - which will turn the amp on whenever the ignition is turned on.  Or, you may install your own switch on or under the dash or under the seat or anywhere which requires you to throw the switch when you want the amp ON.
