Audio Systems: tape deck, infinity radio, dodge caravan

QUESTION: My tape deck thinks there is a tape in and wont eject.  How do I get the internal
deck casing to eject so I can listen to my radio?

ANSWER: What kind of deck are you talking about?  Make? Model?

QUESTION: It is an Infinity radio/tape deck for a 1994 Dodge Caravan.  If its any  
constellation it has an equalizer and i believe it has a 7 speakers.  Everyting else
is fine it just wont get out of tape mode.

Most likely the main drive belt has broken.  You will need to take the unit out of the car and open it up.  The belt needs to be replaced.  I would guess that it is a SCX9.2 using the PRB numbering.  A very common failure.  You will need to work the mechanism by hand to remove the cassette.
