Audio Systems: Ipod adapter for 2001 Premium Mustang, pa11, cd press

Hi!  I have a 2001 Premium Coupe Mustang and I want to connect my ipod to it.  I have the Mach speakers and an in dash 6 cd changer.  I don't really know alot about this stuff so please keep it simple!  I just want the cheapest and most effective method to listen to my ipod through my radio...I hate those fm frequency things!  Thanks!

press the cd button when the radio is playing a cd press the cd button again  if the radio display NO DJ NO CD  you can use this ipod interface

if the radio only flashes and nothing happends you need a AUX or SAT button on the radio  

none of this?  ,  there is no other option only the fm unit
