DO YOU KNOW HOW TO INSTALL A BOSS AUDIO SYSTEM IN A 1987 MAXIMA

It would depend on what system is now in the car and what system you are wanting to install.  (Are  you talking about BOSS or BOSE?)

In the worst case, just rip out all the old stuff totally an start from scratch by connecting up the power lines and running the speaker wires directly to the speakers. If the present car has Bose speakers you may have to replace all the speakers, too as Bose are not standardized for the industry.

So, do your studies from above and let me know more specifically what you want to do.  I will need to know the exact car model (current system in the car) and the make and model of the radio you are going to install and what speakers you are going with, etc.
