Questioni have a bad ground some where in my car when my cd is loading u could hear it and stuff wat to do.

Above is for older cars but you may find your model among the listings. It has good pictures and diagrams for the wiring requirements and wiring harness needs.
I think your problem is in the wiring/hookup and you may not be using the correct wiring conversion harness for the power acoustics stuff.
If you go to www.installer.com you can find many devices for converting the unit you are using over to the vehicle you are putting it in. Start on the hot-button for wiring harnesses, skip down to the section for your brand of car.
Also, www.crutchfield.com has a very good section for fitting up your car with the headend you are using; it will give you the wiring harness and instructions for installing, etc.
Grounding requires the ground wire to be screwed down tightly to a sanded, bare metal spot for good contact.
So, you have some homework to do but I am sure all your problems are easily solved if you follow the wiring and/or conversion requirements.
