QUESTION: I tried keying in the answer you gave me and it brings up a Panasonic home entertainment system which is not what I want. I did get my answer finally by contacting apple directly and they told me what I need is a apple universal doc with an ipod composite av cable to connect to my stereo system. ANSWER: You made no mention of video so assume you are only listening to audio. There are a plethora of iPod docking stations from consumer and professional audio manufacturers. Most of them can be found if you surf the web for iPod dock. There is no need for any specific dock other than one that meets your requirements. The link that I believed I sent you was from Radio Shack. It was an iPod dock without speakers. There is a wireless handheld remote control with it.

If you are able to surf the web then you know what you need. It is the same web that I would surf. I've found many docking stations. I install them on job sites daily. Perhaps you are not extending your search parameters.
