Audio Systems: remote connection-Honda prelude, honda prelude, manual switch

Question
I am rewiring my preludes sound system for a sub and am trying to figure out where I would find the remote turn on lead on my deck if there is one.  It wouldn't be the AUX would it? In my subs instruction booklet it says that if there is not a remote turn-on lead, I am to connect the amplifiers (REMOTE) terminal to the vehicle's accessory circuit. I don't have a vehicles manual so I haven't a clue!  Never installed a system boofor!

Answer
The turn on can be connected to an ignition switched wire; or, you can run it from battery through a manual switch mounted on the lip of your dashboard or some such thing.

The remote switching does not take much current so you don't have to worry about it overloading any circuits like the main 12v line to the amp.

Let me know if you don't get it going or if my description is too vague for you.
