Audio Systems: 4 channel amp, dual voice coil, maximum power output

Question
I have a 4 channel amp and want to use it to power a set of jl component speakers, and bridge 2 channels to a jl 10 inch sub. The amp is tri mode capable and the power ratings are:
Maximum Power Output 300 Watts x 4
Power Output @ 2 Ohm 150 watts x 4
Power Output @ 4 Ohm 100 watts x 4
Bridged Power @ 4 Ohm 300 Watts x 2

I have been told this would not give the sub any bump and i have been told it would work fine. My car is a 350z and i have a custom sub box for the back, so i dont need a lot of bump, but would like a little. Will this amp be able to run this set up adaquetly?

Answer
run all 4 speakers in the front channels  2 right speakers on the right channel and 2 left speakers on the left channel

use the other 2 channels bridge for the woofer  you can only use a single 4 ohm woofer  not a dual voice coil

this will sound great and very loud i am sure you will be happy with the results
i just hope the amplifier is a good brand  and not a flea marquet amp
good luck
