Audio Systems: aftermarket radio antenna problem, radio antenna, fuse box

i just installed an aftermarket radio in my 97 volvo 850 and the antenna doesn't go up,it worked fine with the factory stereo.

Check the blue wire.  Check the fuses in the fuse box (both boxes).

In any event, there is a power wire from the radio that turns the rising motor to the antenna on when the radio is powered up.  So, look for a loose wire; usually blue.
