Answer
What year and which audio system does it have?

Not knowing for sure what you have I have two guesses that might work for you.

ONE:  Do a hard reset and see if that clears the lockup.  To do a reset you must remove total power from the player/radio for 30 minutes. Either the main power wire must be pulled or the battery terminals must be lifted.

TWO: If this unit has anti-theft coding you will need the code to bring it back to life.  Does the radio and cd play okey?  If not, then you must know the code and follow the instructions for entering that code and getting it back to life.  The code is given when the car is first purchased. If you have lost the code you can get it through the dealer or independent service providers (online downloads) for a fee, but you will need to provide proof of ownership of the vehicle.

Let me know further if you need more.
