Audio Systems: CDs stuck in car stereo, isuzu rodeo, single cd player

Question
I have a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo with a factory installed 6 CD changer on the front dashboard. I was having some trouble with CDs occasionally getting stuck but I could always push another CD in and unjam them. Now, nothing works to unjam them and it will not play but says "error" and beeps when I try to use it. I tried to stick another CD in like before but something is blocking it. Is there any way I can fix this myself?

no sorry this unit needs to be service and most likely it will happend again this units have that preoblem on the cd changer
the dealer don't sale them anymore because they recall them  but they are not helping anybody with the bad units
it is better to replace it with a single cd or mp3 player  like this one
