Audio Systems: What is the right amplifier for my (2) 12 subs, dual voice coils, impedance load

Question
I have Two 12inch High Power Boss CHAOS Subwoofer. I wanna know what kind of amplifier that would match for those because i heard if you didn't get the right amplifier, i might overload of explode my subs or amp.
My subswoofer are:
Brand: Boss chaos
Model: CH12
Size: 12 inch
500W power peak
250W RMS power
60 oz magnet structure
1 1/2" high temperature aluminum voice coil
Red metallic poly injection cone with foam surround
4 3/4" mounting depth

I know its not a good subs but thats all i have.
I already put them on a box and all i need is amplifier that would handle my subs.

Answer
These are inexpensive woofers but can give you good performance.

The two most important issues in getting good performance from  subs is ONE:  Make sure the sub is mounted in a proper box for best low frequency response and TWO: The impedance of the subs are matched to the amp that will be driving them.  If the amp is rated for 4 ohm load, then the impedance of the sub must be 4 ohms or more, but not less.

If the subs have dual voice coils you must wire them so as not to place a low impedance load on the amp.  Many subs have dual 4 ohms.  When wired in parallel you end up with 2 ohms.  So, you need an amp that can support a 2 ohm load.

You can buy many, many amps that will give you good results for under $100 for the CHAOS subs.

Good Luck,
