Sorry I missed this question. If you surf the web for headphone amplifiers you will find hundreds of devices. Just look for one that has RCA inputs with a 3.5mm stereo jack. There's certainly no problem if there are more features. I found a $200 battery operated unit that I use for live mixing and troubleshooting that has one 3.5 in and one out. Very small and easy to carry in my pocket. Remember that you must be able to turn the TV speakers off without turning of the signal to the RCA TV outputs off.
