Audio Systems: car amp, car amp, channel amp

I have a clarion 50x4 head unit & need to run 2x250watt 6inch in my ute doors. Can you help me with what size amp I will need? Thanx.

What ever amp you can afford will be fine. Just because the speakers are rated at 250W, does not mean you need to feed them that much. Some speakers are rated rms (properly) and some are rated with no specs, which is meaningless. A decent 100W by 2 channel amp would be just fine.
