my amp works fine but i`m only getting signal from left rca input?all high end cables used in system.any advise or solutions?

Check the output from the head unit.  Do this by reversing the cables.  If the sound switches channels it means both amp channels are working fine. If the dead channel remains the same it means the head unit is sending signal to both channels of the amp, but only one channel is working.

AND, maybe you are using the sub output from the head unit which is only one channel.

So, you need to do a little experimentation as above to determine where the signal is coming from and where it is getting lost.

You could have a bad cable, but the switching of cables will help you determine that.  Bad cables are rare, but they do happen.
