Audio Systems: 92 camry diagnostic, fuel pump, there is no radio

is there a way to diagnose when there is no radio? it was stolen i,ve pulled the alarm test several other areas an still no fire allowed to engine

The radio is not controlling the ignition or fuel pump on this age of Camry. It should have no bearing on your no-start condition. look for power on the fuses that run the fuel pump and ignition. Was the car stolen? If so, the cylinder and ignition switch would be suspect...
