Audio Systems: Honda Civic Connector Type, factory radio, factory cd

Question
Hi Ernesto--I have a '96 Civic that I suspect I'll be riding into the dust. It has a factory radio with CD changer controls, for a factory CD player (not installed) - my question is - what is the connector type that plugs into the back of the factory unit to end up with a Line Out type of cable, for an iPod or satellite or whatever? I figure that if I can coble up a connector directly into the back of the unit, I can end up with something that I can plug directly into an iPod or whatever instead of the non-existent CD player.

Answer
it is a round 8 pin plug and it needs to see the cd changer to open the audio port
