Audio Systems: Audio System, jessie, wink

Question
I have a problem with my audio system in the mornings and at night. I think it has something to do with the temperature, but it really doesnt get below 60 degrees farenheit. The problem is that one of my 12" doesn't kick while the other one does. In the afternoon everything works fine, though. Is it a wiring problem?

Answer
Hi Jessie,

It does sound like a wiring problem or a bad cable.  As the temp. rising, the metal in wires expands, and probably makes the connection better by the metal touching some area where it's not connected corrected or is bad, but when it cools off, it shrinks, and you lose the connection.  I've seen this happen often, and usually a cable needs to be replaced.  Good luck!  Cheers, Wink
