Audio Systems: Speaker Hook-Up, panasonic receiver, panasonic system

Question
Hi there! I just bought a used surround system at a garage sale. It is a Panasonic system and includes 5 speakers and 1 sub woofer. I want to connect this system to my computer. However the speakers and sub woofer do not have cables that would normally "plug into" the computer. They all have double cables that are bare. What do I need to buy to connect everything?

Answer
Well, they would need to be powered speakers which they probably are not.
Just go to radio shack and get the '1/8" to RCA cable' adaptor they sell and run that from the output of the sound card to the input of the panasonic receiver (this way the speakers have amplification). If the receiver does not have an 'aux in' you will not be able to do this.
