WHAT IS THE WATTAGE LIMIT FOR MY 2005 ACURA RSX TYPE-S BOSE SPEAKERS? I WAS THINKING ABOUT ADDING AN AMP TO PUSH THE SPEAKERS A LITTLE MORE.

I would advise against that. Those systems are designed to be balanced and tuned. If you want it lots louder, you will need a whole new system. If you just want more bass, adding a sub to the stock system is pretty easy, and should give you the volume you need. Bass is the most difficult to reproduce, especially with small speakers. A simple tuned box with dual 10 inch subs, and a decent amp all tucked in the trunk should fit the bill.
