get it with what i got but also i want it to be clean and clear. i have a budget of
about $500-$700

Answer
Does the 5 channel amp have a crossover built in, and if so can you change the settings? If not, you should buy an external crossover. The 3.5s don't need an amp, but a small passive bass blocker would be a good idea.
the 6X9s, could be run off the amp, but make sure no bass gets to them.
The subs can be wired different ways, but your amp may not like the impedance of parallel wiring. You could just run deck outputs to the 3.5 and 6X9 speakers and give each sub it's own channel. make sure they get nothing above 100hZ.
