The above is a very good place to start.  You must know what impedance the subwoofer are, how many voice coils you must drive, etc.  So, make sure you have the subs going best.

Next, for the mids and tweeters, you must know the impedance and how much power you want to deliver.  Separate amps and external electronic crossover is always the best sound AND the most flexible installation.  But, you can also use a passive crossover and drive the mids and tweeters with the same amp (on each side).

I am assuming your 4 mids and 2 tweeters means 2 mids and one tweeter on each side.  If so, and you want to drive the three speakers with one amp you will likely have an impedance matching problem. If the mids are 8 ohms and the tweeter is 4 ohms you can put the mids in parallel for 4 ohms and then the impedances will match nicely.  But if the mids are 4 ohms and the tweeter is 4 ohms you will have a problem with matching - and power level.

If this is confusing, please ask more questions for clarification.

So, study this out and come back to me.
