I NEED AN OWNER,S MANUAL OR CD TO MAYBE REPROGRAM IT IT DOES NOT WORK.IT,S  ANCD3402 FOR AN ECLIPSE.

If you can tell me what the symptoms are and a little more detail I can help you determine the solution.

To reset the unit, merely pull the 12v power totally from the unit for 20 minutes.  That will reset all the internal voltages and memory.
