Audio Systems: Factory Sable wiring colors, mercury sable, ford wiring

I have a 1998 mercury sable LS and recently some jackass stole my factory radio, heater controls and all. they left the heater controls in tact but the stereo harness has been cut. I have an aftermaket stereo, but I don't know the colors of the factory harness. Thanks ahead of time for any help you can provide.

If you purchased your new radio unit from Crutchfield they would have sent you installation instructions and wiring diagrams with the unit.  Since you don't have them I assume you purchased it locally.  That is fine.
