Audio Systems: Removing a Radio, discovery land rover, head bolt

I have a 1996 Discovery Land Rover and would like to remove the factory installed radio. Please tell me how to take this out.

There are two plastic covers at the edge of the face plate, and each covers a small allen head bolt. These control the friction stops and when loosened, the deck slides right out. The adapter harness and antenna adapter for VW cars works perfectly. My ex-wife ownned one of these so i am even more familiar with this model and year than most.
