Audio Systems: ipod choices for a stock radio., 2002 toyota camry, toyota camry

I have a 2002 toyota camry with stock cd/cass. player. No cd changer. i want to hard wire my ipod. I have FM and cass. adapters. Sound is terrible. Want to keep original radio. Crime very high in my area. Ive seen the harness adapters.Was thinking about replacing my radio with a 2005 radio that has a cd changer option.I can use this input port for my ipod. Using an adapter.
