Audio Systems: jumping channels on car radio, alpine car radio, alpine radios

I have an Alpine car radio/CD, 3 years old.  It has started to change channels without me touching it and also jumps from a CD playing to radio.  I have not used at all that much so it can't be worn.

the forward and back button do that when there is bad contact or from the face take the face off and clean all the contacts with alcohol   it will work again  alpine radios are good and the last for a long time i collect them  , and i have 20 year old stereos that work just fine
