Audio Systems: 2002 Ford Escape Stereo, ford service, radio repair

My 2002 Ford Escape Stereo 6 CD's player will not work, the radio will still work. The CD player will not load or eject CD's or play them. Do you have a way to get the cd player to work or do you know of a repair shop that works on this model or at maybe do you know an emergency way of ejecting CD's?

Check with your local Ford service dept. and see who they get to fix it locally. If they are no help, just pitch it in favor of an after market replacement. As for getting your CD's out, it usually involves junking the deck and taking it completely apart, if you have no radio repair shops nearby...
