-----Answer-----
HI Brandon.
Bit vague to say the least, make of truck is irrelevent but make and model of cassette plyer would have helped, also what speaker wires are in the truck? What speakers are fitted, if any? Is there any power on the truck wires?
There should be at least four speaker wires (two pair) a power, earth and ignition live.
I cannot say more without more info, sorry.

Yellow should be 12 volt Ignition, Black is ground and Grey is lights / dimmer, there should be an Orange 12 volt battery too plus the speaker wires.
