Audio Systems: Bose CD 6 Changer, infiniti g35, bose

I have an 03 Infiniti G35 with a Bose audio system. Just  after a CD played through and the player was switching to the next CD, the player seems to have jammed and its showing an error code of CD ERR FO - the system now won't play, eject or load CD's.  Its just making a clicking sound.  Any ideas?

Needs a reset.  You must remove all power from the unit for about 20 minutes then power it up again.  WARNING: Before listing the 12 volt cables from the battery in the car, make sure you have the anti-theft code to any of the protected units in the car or you will not be able to energize again after power is removed!  The codes should be with the books and materials that came with the car.
