Audio Systems: Instalilling Amplifier with stock stereo, digital multimeter, infinity system

i need to know the which wire would i use for the remote turn on to an amplifier using the stock stereo for my 2006 dodge ram 7 speaker and 6 disk mp3 infinity system

I think it would be easier to just run you amp turn on to the fuse box and use an accessory power connection. Not prefect I know, but your vehicle has a CAN databus stereo, and poking around in that harness may cause you some big headaches...
If you insist, use a digital multimeter. I can't help with the color code, I have no sheet on that new a unit yet.
