when i turn on my multiplayer cd mute comes up on display and it will not play, all other functions work ok. This started happening about a week ago.

Maybe a hard reset will cure it.  TO do so, you must remove total power from the unit for at least 10 minutes, then fire it up again.

Easiest way to remove power is to just lift the bonnet and disconnect the 12v plus cables from the battery.

HOWEVER: If the unit is code protected for anti-theft purposes make sure you know the code.  If you don't, when power is removed you cannot turn it on again until the anti-theftg code is entered.
