Audio Systems: AM FM Tuner, toyota lucida, frequency setup

Question
I have 1994 Toyota Lucida (Japanese Domestic Model)
I changed the Radio as Japanese FM frequency starts from 76~89
Here in Pakistan we have 88~107, I got hold of a Toyota/Fujitsu AM FM Radio but unfortunately its of US Specs
Can I change the Frequency Setup as it (US) offers a +10 increment e.g. 530, 540kHz and we have 531~540~639~828kHz

There is no way I know of to change the FM settings on newer stereos. Some old ones had a switch on top for North America/Europe, but that has not been common for a very long time. You are better off to just buy an aftermarket stereo locally, perhaps even installed if you are not comfortable with wiring.
