Audio Systems: No power to car stereo, car stereo, fuse

Question
I just bought a used car and the guy said the radio wouldnt power on. So I installed the car stereo from my truck that I know 100% works. Still nothing, pulled the fuse and it seemed fine but replaced it just to make sure. Still nothing. Im stumped, any help would be awesome!

I think you should get a meter and probe around those wires, that will tell you what's going on. if you need help with what to do with the meter (how to use it) let me know.  if we cant make the existing wiring work I can help you to just run new ones too.
