Audio Systems: Ford (Pioneer) CD player swap, pioneer cd player, ford wiring

I have a 2006 F250 SuperDuty with a AM/Fm radio, Got a Ford 6CD Player/radio and it has two (2) plugs. The wiring harness plug fits one of these, what goes in the other one and do I really need to plug anything in? Oh, I am only using the two door speakers.

The other plug is probably the premium sound connection. You will have to do one of the following; (a) run new wires to the door speakers (b) interface to the factory amp with an integration box (c) bypass the factory amp with a bypass harness, and use an adaptor plug at the head unit.
