Audio Systems: 2000 Chev Cavilier Aftermarket Deck install, blown fuse, chev

I'm putting a JVC deck into an 00 Cavalier, I have a good amount of experience in installations. Hooked it up, didn't work, so I tested the voltages at the car side of the harness. I get 12V off the memory lead, but with car running, I only get 0.3-0.7 off the 12V+ lead. Any Ideas?

you either have the wrong wire or a fuse blew.  even with a blown fuse you can sometimes get small voltages because of other electronics in the same circuit as that line so that's probably it.  if not you can try to hunt down another ignition wire or sometimes the cig lighter wire will do for this.
